1. Mechanical structure and functional characteristics
This series of labeling machines has a wide range of applications. It is suitable for bottle body opp film, pearlescent film, paper-plastic composite of round and other cylindrical containers such as plastic bottles, glass bottles and metal bottles in washing, beverage, mineral water, food and other industries. For circumferential labeling of films, paper labels, etc., due to the use of non-shrinkable materials, the label printing pattern will not deform, ensuring the aesthetics of product packaging, while also greatly reducing the cost of packaging materials.
The production speed can reach 18,000 bottles/hour, and can be connected to the filling line for production, which greatly improves the production speed and saves costs.

The bottle pressing head can be lifted and lowered electrically, and the replacement of products with different heights can be operated on the human-machine interface, making it easy to adjust.
