When we actually apply welded pipe equipment, especially in current welding techniques, we often encounter problems with seam opening. As the so-called seam opening refers to the inability to fully bond the weld seam together during welding, resulting in substandard product quality. The seam opening in welded pipe equipment is usually several centimeters or even higher. So, what is the reason for the seam opening in welded pipe equipment during welding?

The first thing we need to understand is that the main reason for the seam opening in the welded pipe equipment may be due to material issues, because better materials are made through chemical composition. When we weld, everything is carried out according to normal steps. Throughout the welding process, the pipes in the welded pipe equipment will mainly crack, mainly because the adhesion of the parent material is not complete enough. This cracking phenomenon is entirely caused by the chemical composition of the raw materials.

On the other hand, it is caused by the CNC processing center of the welded pipe equipment, which belongs to physical reasons. The magnetic bar will generate a relatively strong magnetic field during the welding process of the welded pipe equipment, causing the temperature of the weld seam of the welded pipe equipment to reach higher in a short period of time. As long as we find that the weld seam appears black and red, and there is no welding spark, we can determine that it is the welding seam caused by the magnetic bar.
